- Plan, organize and deliver appropriate training programs for the school sports teams
- Teach relevant skills, tactics and techniques
- Monitor and enhance performance by providing encouragement and constructive feedback
- Identify student' strengths and weaknesses and provide suitable advice
- Assisting with promotion/ development of the teams
- Working under the supervision of the Team Advisor(s) to assist in managing team affairs, boosting team morale and promoting team members' personal and professional growth
