Project Co-ordinator II - carrying the job title of 'Assistant Music Officer' (Chung Chi College)
The appointee will play a key role in supporting the College's music tradition and activities, while leading the development and co-ordination of small-group programmes in undergraduate student hostels. This position offers a balanced mix of music-related co-ordination and student engagement responsibilities, with flexibility suitable for a proactive individual passionate about both areas. He/She will be responsible for (a) co-ordinating and supporting the College's music activities, including the Chung Chi Choir, Orchestra, Wind Orchestra, concerts, lunchtime programmes, and other events; (b) assisting with the Chapel's music ministry and services, including Sunday worship, liturgies, assemblies, ceremonies, and music training programmes; (c) initiating, developing, and co-ordinating small-group programmes in undergraduate hostels; (d) organising regular hostel-based activities to promote community building, pastoral care, and student well-being; (e) planning and implementing music-related projects, student workshops, guest artist events, and outreach initiatives; (f) supporting the maintenance and care of College musical instruments and related equipment; and (g) providing assistance to other College projects, activities, or administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor(s). Working every Sunday, on some Saturdays, and occasionally during evenings will be required.
