• Strong passion and commitment to Christian education, and the ability to integrate biblical principles in their teaching.
• A bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent awarded by an accredited university. Supervised teaching practice of relevant subject and grade levels (K-12) must be a required component of the teacher training programme (e.g. BEd., PGCE or PGDE).
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience of teaching relevant subject(s). Familiarity with international school curriculum and pedagogy is preferred.
• Proven effective classroom management experience, with the ability to handle emergency situations with appropriate safety protocols and a calm demeanor, that supports student development and models biblical principles.
• A team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset, and the ability to interact positively with faculty, students and parents in all aspects of school life.
