Lead Swim Coordinator
Discovery Bay International School is seeking an experienced and dedicated lead swim coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and planning the Hammerhead swim squads and development teams, overseeing the swim support programme, and supporting the ongoing development of the swimming curriculum. As a key figure in our Physical Education programme, the lead swim coordinator will collaborate closely with the Director of Sport to enhance and promote our comprehensive swimming initiative. Beyond coaching, the role involves managing the day-to-day operations of swimming facilities and coaching staff. The lead swim coordinator will take a primary role in planning the squad training programme and overseeing the administration for swimming meets, including leading home meets at DBIS alongside the Director of Sport. Consequently, candidates must possess a high level of proficiency in Meet Manager and Team Manager software to ensure the seamless execution of competitions and team logistics.
