Most students possess good quality and at least respectful attitude. Most colleagues are also friendly and willing to cooperate.
Senior supervising management is poor. They lack communication and transparency with the teaching staffs and cohesive direction with the school developing path. They seldom secure teachers’ rights and reflections are simply not being heard. The key leader of the school also does not understand the nature and position of the school in its district. The new policies seem push the teaching agenda backwards with higher work-load to the teaching members. Relatively more resources are reserved for students with better academic performances, instead of general students’ benefit. The imbalance of developing subjects and lack for the subjects in arts and language become obvious. She rushes for those “BAND 1A” policies and methods without looking at the true nature of the school. The massive involvement with the TWGHs activities and insufficient time for teaching also become a problem. Teaching quality of some new teachers also becomes a question, reflected by the students.
